Hello, my name is Chiharu. I am half-Japanese and half-British. My mother was Japanese and my father was British. I grew up in Japan but have been living here in the UK for a few years now. I came over to study and fell in love with the country.
The reason why I am dressed like this is because I am attending a traditional tea ceremony today. It's something that is very important in Japanese culture, so I wanted to make sure I looked appropriate.
I'm currently studying fashion design at university here in the UK and hope to one day start my own clothing line. Fashion has always been a passion of mine and it feels great to be pursuing it as a career.
