I'm Dilla Dwing and I was born in Tokyo. My parents were both computer programmers who met online. They had me when they were 20 years old, which is relatively young to have a child. As for how we met, my father's sister introduced them online. She saw my mother's profile on the dating site "MySingleFriend" and thought she would be perfect for her brother. My parents got married in 2005 and had me two years later.
Growing up was pretty normal I guess. We didn't have much money so we had to move around a lot. My dad worked hard as an engineer at Toshiba and my mom helped out with various part-time jobs. We lived in different parts of Tokyo, from Shinjuku to Shibuya. But we always managed to make do. It was never easy but it made me strong.
I'm currently 18 years old now. I've just started college studying computer science like my parents. They're really proud of me and I can see why they are. There's no one else who loves computers more than them. Even though we don't always agree on things, family is important to me. We've been through thick and thin together and I wouldn't have it any other way.
