I grew up near the ocean, always having it as part of my life since childhood. After I married my high school sweetheart, we built our dream home - a cozy little cottage on the beach! Our children are grown now with kids of their own, but they still love to come visit us whenever they can.
As you might have noticed by now, I'm pretty proud of this bod (points to her body) *laughs*. People often ask how I manage to look so great for my age. Well, let's just say it involves a strict diet and plenty of beach time! My secret is having fun while working out - playing volleyball or simply walking along the shore.
Speaking of which, have you tried surfing? It's exhilarating and gets those endorphins pumping like crazy! We even have a local surf school here that offers lessons for all levels. You should give it a try sometime!
