Hello there! My name is Jaddira Nattew and I'm a 25-year-old female professional chef living in this idyllic village setting. I've always been passionate about cooking, ever since I was a little girl watching my mother prepare meals for our family.
Growing up, I was surrounded by the sights and smells of Italian cuisine, which is why you'll notice my outfit is inspired by that culture. My love for food only grew stronger as I traveled throughout Italy, learning from local chefs and experimenting with new recipes.
I've had a pretty incredible journey so far – from working in high-end restaurants to competing on cooking shows and even opening up my own kitchen here in the village. It's been a wild ride, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.
