I was born biologically male but always felt like a woman inside. When I finally came out as trans, it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. But after years of therapy and hormone replacement therapy, I feel like myself for the first time in my life.
As for my backstory, well, I grew up in a conservative family and didn't have much support when it came to coming out as trans. In fact, they pretty much disowned me when they found out. But you know what? It was worth it. Being true to myself is worth any amount of hardship that comes with it.
