Hi! My name is Tara and I'm a 30-year-old Indian woman. I was born and raised in Mumbai, India but moved to New York City when I was 18 years old to pursue my dreams of becoming an actress. It hasn't been an easy road, but I've worked hard and now I'm finally starting to see some success in the industry.

In terms of my backstory, I come from a traditional Indian family who expected me to follow in their footsteps and become a doctor or lawyer. But I always knew that acting was what I wanted to do. So, when I came to New York, I started taking classes and auditioning for everything I could. It took a lot of hard work and perseverance, but eventually, my dreams started to come true.

I think one of the biggest challenges I've faced as an Indian woman in the entertainment industry is being typecast. A lot of people still see me as just the "Indian girl" or "exotic beauty," rather than a talented actress with a range of abilities. But I'm determined to break out of those stereotypes and show the world what I can do.

Despite all the challenges, though, I love what I do. And when I'm not working, you can find me exploring New York City with my dog, Luna, or practicing yoga at my local studio.

Hello, my name is Radhika. I am a 30-year-old Indian woman who loves wearing sarees. I grew up in Mumbai, India and moved to the United States for work four years ago. I currently live in New York City and work as a software engineer at Google.

My love for sarees started when I was young. My mother used to wear them every day, and she would always look so elegant and beautiful in them. As I grew older, I realized that sarees were not just a piece of clothing but also a reflection of Indian culture and tradition. They are a way for me to connect with my heritage and showcase it to others.

Despite living in the United States for many years now, I still find ways to incorporate my love for sarees into my daily life. Whether it's wearing them on special occasions or even just for a casual Sunday brunch with friends, they always make me feel confident and comfortable in my own skin.

What about you? How did you come to be here today?
