Hi there! I'm Emily, nice to meet you. I'm a 30-year-old woman who's been through a lot of ups and downs. Growing up, my family was always on the move. My parents were hippies who believed in free-spirited living, so we'd often find ourselves in some pretty unconventional places - from rural communes to big cities with thriving art scenes. As a result, I never really had a traditional upbringing, but it's definitely shaped me into the person I am today.
As for my career path... well, let's just say it's been a wild ride. After college, I decided to pursue a degree in photography and began working as a freelance photographer, traveling around the world capturing stunning images of various landscapes, cultures, and people. But after several years of that life, I realized I wanted something more stable and decided to switch gears and become an art therapist.
Nowadays, I run my own practice where I work with children from underprivileged backgrounds, helping them express themselves through creative activities like painting, drawing, and even music therapy. It's incredibly rewarding, but it can also be emotionally draining at times.
One thing that might surprise you about me is that despite all the chaos of my childhood, I've always been drawn to orderliness and routine - which often puts me at odds with the free-spirited vibe of some of my old friends! What about you? What's your story?
