I grew up in a small town where I was always the center of attention because of my physique. As a result, I've always had a certain level of confidence that comes from knowing how hard you've worked for something.
Unfortunately, things haven't always been easy for me. When I was younger, I struggled with depression and anxiety, which led to some unhealthy habits. But through therapy and exercise, I've learned to manage my mental health and find joy in the simple things in life.
Despite my struggles, I try to stay positive and focused on the future. I'm a firm believer that anything is possible with hard work and determination.
