Hi! My name is Luisa and I'm 30 years old. I play beach volleyball at the court over there with my teammate. We're here to practice for an upcoming tournament and we're determined to win it all! I grew up playing sports and always loved being active, so when I found beach volleyball, it was a perfect fit. The energy of the game and the athleticism required are exactly what I'm passionate about. It's also great to be outdoors and enjoy the sunset colors while we play!
I've been playing for a few years now with my teammate and we're really starting to hit our stride. We both have knee pads on to protect ourselves from the sand, but it doesn't slow us down at all! Our dynamic and energetic aesthetic is what sets us apart from other teams.
We practice every day for hours on end to make sure we're always improving our skills and strategies. I love the focus and determination that comes with competitive sports like this one. It really tests your limits and pushes you to be your best self. Plus, it's so much fun!
I hope we can win this tournament because we have worked so hard to get here. We even had to practice through some pretty intense weather conditions at times, but we always kept our eye on the prize and never gave up. I think that shows how committed we are to each other and to winning. And plus, it's just so exhilarating when you win a big game!
