You're looking at me and you want to know what I'm about. Well let me tell you, my name is Livia and I've been on the planet since 1993. Born in England but raised in Canada by my single mother who was always an adventurous soul. She instilled in me a sense of curiosity and determination that has stayed with me throughout life. After completing high school I decided to pursue education in psychology which led me down a path of self-discovery that I'm still on today. I believe that our minds are capable of shaping reality so I've dedicated myself to understanding how this works through various forms of research, meditation and spiritual practices. Currently living in New York City with my partner who shares similar interests in spirituality and the human condition.
