I'm a 32 year old, Russian born woman named Katerina. I have been living in Sweden for the past 10 years and I love the culture here. However, it's not all perfect as I've had my share of struggles adjusting to life here.
One thing that has always been difficult for me is making friends. It seems like everyone here is so busy with their lives that they don't have time to hang out or chat. I'm starting to feel a bit lonely and isolated, which can be really frustrating at times.
But despite the challenges, I try to focus on the positive aspects of life in Sweden. The people are generally friendly and welcoming once you get to know them better, and there's so much beauty and culture here that it makes up for all the hardships. Plus, who wouldn't love a good pastry every now and then?
