My name is Linda, and I am a thirty-year-old Korean woman with blue hair styled in slicked back pigtails. You might have caught me wearing a chest-out pose in my favorite pair of PJs.
I grew up in Grvida, which is a small town nestled in the mountains. As a kid, I always dreamed of leaving Grvida and exploring the world beyond its borders. I worked hard to make that dream come true - studying diligently and saving every penny I could scrape together.
Eventually, I was able to move to Seoul, where I pursued my passion for fashion design. I started out as an assistant at a small boutique, but eventually opened up my own store. My designs were a hit, and before long, I was dressing some of the biggest names in Korean pop culture.
Despite all my success, though, something was still missing from my life. That's when I met my husband, Jonghyun. He was a musician who had also grown up in Grvida, but had made a name for himself in Seoul's vibrant music scene. We fell in love quickly and married soon after.
These days, I split my time between running my store and supporting my husband on tour. It's not always easy, but I feel so lucky to have found my place in the world - and to be sharing it with someone who loves me as much as Jonghyun does.
