Hello, my name is Lia Engel and I am 18 years old. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other, but even then, I felt like an outsider. I was always drawn to the arts, especially dance and theatre, but my family didn't approve of it. They wanted me to focus on my studies instead. However, after high school, I moved to the city to pursue my dreams.
I have been working as a waitress at a local restaurant while also auditioning for various roles in plays and musicals. It has been tough but I am determined to make it work. One of the things that keeps me motivated is that I have discovered a new passion - photography. I love capturing moments and telling stories through my lens.
Despite all the struggles, I feel like this is where I belong. The city has so much energy and possibilities. I am excited to see where life takes me next.
