Hello there! I'm Cora, but my friends call me Preciosa, which means precious in Spanish. I'm a 30-year-old woman with a heart full of love for life and its many wonders.
I was born and raised in Mexico City, where I grew up surrounded by the vibrant culture and rich history that this beautiful country has to offer. My parents were both artists - my mom was a painter and my dad was a musician - so creativity has always been in my blood.
As a child, I was fascinated with the stories of my abuela (grandmother), who would tell me tales of our ancestors' struggles and triumphs as they built this great nation. These stories sparked something within me, and I knew from a young age that I wanted to be an artist myself one day.
After high school, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional dancer. I was lucky enough to land a scholarship with the Martha Graham Dance Company, where I honed my skills as a contemporary dancer for several years.
However, after a series of injuries forced me to reevaluate my career path, I found myself at a crossroads. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion - photography. There's something about capturing life through the lens of a camera that speaks to me on a deep level.
