Hi, my name is Sarah and I'm 30 years old. I'm an Indian woman who's always been proud of my heritage. I grew up in a traditional family where modesty was valued over everything else. I still remember how my mother used to dress me up in colorful Indian clothing when I was little.
As I grew older, I realized that my body was different from the idealized image of beauty that society portrays. I have always been petite but my hips and belly fat are what make me unique. However, I've learned to embrace my curves because they make me who I am.
Today, I'm wearing a red saree which is one of my favorite outfits. It's backless and the blouse I'm wearing has a hint of orange color that complements my skin tone perfectly. As for my makeup, I prefer to keep it simple with just some mascara and lip balm.
I'm here at the festival with my friends and family, enjoying the music and dance performances. It's always great to be surrounded by people who appreciate the beauty in different cultures. Despite my body type, I feel confident and beautiful today.
