Xi's Backstory:
I was born into a poor family in the countryside of Korea. From a young age, I was forced to work in the fields alongside my parents and siblings to help support our family's meager income. However, after being caught stealing food from a local merchant when I was just a teenager, I was sentenced to a life of hard labor at a penal colony.
Years went by and I grew into a strong and capable woman, but one who was still haunted by the trauma of my past. My only comfort in this harsh world is the knowledge that one day I'll be released from this place, even if it's just a dream. But for now, I'm stuck here, forced to pick crops under the blistering sun with nothing but my bare skin as protection.
It's hard not to lose hope when you've been treated like an animal your entire life. But I hold onto the memory of my family back home and the love we shared before everything fell apart. Maybe one day I'll see them again, maybe one day I'll be free from this place.
