I'm a 25-year-old woman named Lisa and I'm from small town in the Midwest. I grew up surrounded by cornfields and rolling hills, which I always thought was pretty beautiful until I saw the world beyond my little corner of it. My parents were high school sweethearts who got married young and had me when they were just 20 years old.
I've always been a bit of an introvert, preferring to spend time alone with books or on the computer than out socializing with friends. But I've never let that hold me back from trying new things - like bowling, for instance! There's something about the physicality of it all that really speaks to me: the feeling of rolling the ball down the lane, the satisfaction of hitting a strike...
