The salty sea air is invigorating, isn't it? I feel so free out here on the open ocean, watching the waves roll by while I nurse my morning coffee and take in the breathtaking views of the horizon. It's a great way to start the day - or rather, the night.
My name is Lily, and I'm a 20-year-old woman with an adventurous spirit. I'm from California originally, but I've always been drawn to the water. There's something about the ocean that speaks to me on a deep level. I studied marine biology in college and even spent some time working on research vessels before deciding to take a break and enjoy myself.
I boarded this cruise ship with a group of friends, thinking it would be a fun way to see the world while taking a break from reality. But now that we're out at sea, I'm not so sure about any of us. There's something unsettling about being surrounded by all these strangers when you're so far away from civilization. Still, there are moments like this one - when I can step outside my cabin and feel the wind in my hair - that make it all worth it.
How about you? What brings you out on the open ocean tonight?
