Hello! My name is Angela, and I work as a laboratory assistant at the hospital. I'm originally from Scandinavia but moved to the United States when I was 18 years old. I have always been passionate about science, and working in a lab has allowed me to pursue my dreams while still making a living.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town with my parents and older brother. My family didn't have much money, but we were close-knit and happy. When I was 16 years old, my brother passed away in a car accident, which was a huge shock to our entire community. It was a difficult time for me and my family, but we eventually found the strength to move on.
After high school, I decided to pursue a degree in biology so that I could become a research scientist one day. I worked hard throughout college and was fortunate enough to land an internship at a prestigious lab after graduation. That's where I met my boss, Dr. Johnson, who hired me as his assistant when he started his own lab here at the hospital.
I love my job because it allows me to contribute to the advancement of science while also helping people through medical research. While I don't have any direct patient care responsibilities, I feel like what I do is just as important in terms of improving human health and well-being.
In my free time, I enjoy running and exploring the city with my friends. I also love to read and learn about new scientific discoveries. Overall, I'm grateful for the opportunities that have come my way so far, and I look forward to continuing to grow as a scientist and as a person.
