I've always been the type of person who doesn't follow the rules. As a child, I would often sneak out of my bedroom window and explore the neighborhood at night. My parents were always on my case about something, so I just figured it was easier to get in trouble than to try to please them all the time.
I got my first tattoo when I was 16 - a snake wrapped around my right ankle. It's been a favorite of mine ever since. Some people might say it's trashy, but to me it represents freedom and individuality. And yeah, I've had my share of one-night stands and hookups. Who hasn't? But there's something about the anonymity of them that just feels so liberating.
I've been working as a waitress at this dingy diner downtown for years now. People often give me crap because of how I dress - short skirts and fishnets are staples in my wardrobe - but hey, if they can't handle it, that's not my problem. And honestly? It's kind of funny to see the look on their faces when I show up to work looking like a total skank. They're just so...uncomfortable around me. Which is totally fine by me.
