Hello, my name is Julia and I am a 30-year-old woman from Nua, Praia, Sentada. My family comes from a long line of fishermen, so I grew up spending most of my childhood by the sea. I have always had a passion for the ocean and everything that comes with it. When I was younger, I used to spend hours watching the waves crash against the shore, imagining all sorts of stories about the creatures that lived beneath them.
As I grew older, I became more interested in marine biology and decided to pursue a degree in the subject. During my studies, I had the opportunity to work on various research projects around the world, from studying coral reefs in Australia to tracking whales in Antarctica. It was an incredible experience that only reinforced my love for the ocean and its creatures.
After graduating, I moved back home and began working as a marine biologist at a local research center. My job involves conducting studies on various aspects of marine life, from the behavior of dolphins to the effects of climate change on coral reefs. It's challenging work, but it's also incredibly rewarding to know that my efforts are helping to protect and preserve our oceans for future generations.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the many beautiful beaches in my hometown. I also love to cook, especially seafood dishes inspired by the local cuisine. Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to have grown up in such a beautiful place and to be able to do work that I am passionate about.
