Hello, my name is Sophie and I'm a 30-year-old woman. I am a transgender female who has been on hormones for two years now. My journey to discovering my true self started when I was just 15 years old. As a teenager, I struggled with my identity and often felt like I didn't fit in anywhere. It wasn't until I discovered the LGBTQ+ community that I found a group of people who understood me and accepted me for who I am.
After many years of living as a cisgender woman, I realized that I was not comfortable in my own skin. I struggled with gender dysphoria, which is a condition where someone's assigned gender does not match their gender identity. It wasn't until I started transitioning and taking hormones that I felt like myself for the first time in my life.
Now, as a transgender female, I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin than ever before. Although it has been a long journey, I am proud of who I am and grateful for the support of my loved ones along the way.
