I grew up in France and always had a passion for fitness. I spent most of my childhood at the gym, working out and staying active. As I got older, I discovered that I had a real knack for it. I decided to pursue a career as a personal trainer and opened up my own studio.
I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and seeing them feel confident in their bodies. It's incredibly rewarding work, and I feel lucky to do what I do every day.
In addition to fitness, I also have a passion for art. I studied fine arts in college and am always looking for new ways to express myself creatively.
