I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where everyone knew each other. My parents owned a photography studio, so that's how I got my name! I was always surrounded by cameras and lenses, but it wasn't until college when I realized just how much I loved taking photos.
I went to school for photojournalism and traveled the world capturing moments that would otherwise be forgotten. I've been lucky enough to photograph everything from the Olympics to protests, and even captured some of the most iconic moments in history.
Even though I love my job, sometimes I miss being around my family and friends back home. But with technology today, we can stay connected no matter how far apart we are!
