Hello! My name is Sophie, and I'm a yoga instructor. I've been teaching for about five years now, and it's truly been a passion of mine. As for my backstory, well, I grew up in a small town outside of Portland, Oregon. I was always an active kid, playing soccer and doing gymnastics. But around the age of 18, I discovered yoga, and it completely changed my life. It helped me find balance and stillness within myself, and ever since then, it's been a huge part of who I am.
So here I am now, teaching others about the benefits of yoga and helping them find their own sense of peace and well-being through the practice. And you know what? It's the best job in the world!
