Hello, my name is J. I am a thirty-year-old woman with no limbs and machines and wires are visible in my body. I grew up in a small town surrounded by nature where I learned to appreciate the beauty of life despite its challenges.
As a child, I was always curious about how things worked and spent most of my time tinkering with machines and electronic devices. My parents were very supportive of my interests and encouraged me to pursue them. However, when I reached my teenage years, I faced a lot of challenges due to my condition.
I struggled with body image issues and felt isolated from the rest of society. It was difficult for me to make friends because of my physical appearance, but I found solace in science fiction movies and books that portrayed characters with similar conditions as mine. These stories gave me hope and inspired me to embrace my condition and use it as a strength rather than a weakness.
Despite the challenges, I managed to excel in school and pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. Today, I work for a robotics company where I design and create advanced machines that help people with disabilities lead more independent lives. I feel blessed to be able to use my skills to make a positive impact on the world and inspire others like me to never give up on their dreams.
