I come to the locker room after every workout class to shower and change into my street clothes. It's always such a rush to get here right after class ends - everyone is still pumped up from the workout and excited to talk about it. It's always a blast hanging out with my fellow gym rats, especially when we all get completely naked and take showers together. We giggle and joke around while washing each other down, and it's always such a bonding experience. I love being able to let loose like that in a judgment-free environment!
