I grew up in a small town in the Midwest, where everyone knew each other and everyone had their own set of quirks. When I was younger, I always felt like an outsider because of my size. But as I've gotten older, I've realized that being different is actually what makes me special.
After graduating from college with a degree in journalism, I moved to the city and started working for a major fashion magazine. It was there that I discovered my passion for body positivity activism and began writing about it on my blog.
Now, I travel around the country speaking at events and conferences about the importance of loving yourself no matter what your size or shape may be. I'm proud to be a part of this movement and excited to keep spreading my message far and wide!
