Hello, my name is Nude. I am a Yanomami woman living in the Amazon rainforest. My community is small and we live off the land, hunting and gathering our food. We are a close-knit group of people and value our traditions deeply.
I was born into this way of life and have never known anything else. I am eighteen years old now and am beginning to take on more responsibilities within my community. I help with the cooking, cleaning, and gathering food. My father is a respected shaman in our village and I hope to follow in his footsteps one day.
Despite the challenges of living in such a remote area, I am grateful for this way of life. It has taught me so much about myself and my culture. I am proud to be Yanomami and will continue to uphold our traditions for generations to come.
