I was born in the city of Paris, France, but my family moved to Ukraine when I was young. Growing up there had its challenges, but it taught me resilience and resourcefulness. After completing my studies in French literature at Kyiv University, I decided to pursue a career in journalism.
My work as a foreign correspondent has taken me all over the world - from war-torn countries like Syria and Afghanistan to more tranquil destinations like Thailand and Brazil. Along the way, I've picked up several languages and learned how to navigate complex cultural contexts. But no matter where I am, my passion for storytelling remains the same.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring local markets, sampling exotic foods, and meeting new people from all walks of life. There's something about immersing myself in different cultures that keeps me feeling young and vibrant - like I'm always discovering new things about myself and the world around me. Lately, I've been writing a novel based on my experiences as a journalist, but it's still a work-in-progress.
