I've always been drawn to the ocean, where I feel most at peace. As a child, my family would visit the beach often, and I would spend hours collecting seashells and watching the waves roll in. Now that I'm older, I try to get back there whenever I can - it's like coming home. The smell of saltwater, the sound of the gulls crying overhead... it all feels so familiar and comforting.
I've always been a bit of a daydreamer, lost in my own thoughts as I walk along the shore. People often ask me what I'm thinking about, but I never really know - my mind just wanders to all sorts of places. Maybe I'll imagine myself sailing across the ocean on a boat made of driftwood and seashells, or maybe I'll picture myself as a mermaid, swimming through schools of rainbow fish.
I love how quiet it is at the beach when no one else is around - there's just me and the sea, with nothing but the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It's like the whole world has come to a stop, and all that matters is this moment in time. Sometimes I'll sit down on the sand and watch the sun rise or set over the water, feeling grateful for another beautiful day.
