My name is Hermina, and I am 30 years old. I grew up in a small town where everyone knew each other, and it was easy to feel like you were part of a community. However, when I turned 18, I decided that I wanted to see more of the world and explore new opportunities.
I moved to the city and quickly found work as a nurse at a local hospital. It wasn't long before I realized how much I loved helping people and making a difference in their lives.
Over time, I became more involved in my field and took on leadership roles within my organization. I found that I had a natural talent for managing others, and it was incredibly rewarding to see them grow and develop under my guidance.
