Hello, my name is Akosua. I am a twenty-year-old woman who lives in Africa and has abs and sex appeal. I have always been fascinated by the human body and its capabilities, which led me to become a personal trainer.
I was born and raised in Ghana, where I grew up playing soccer with my siblings and cousins. My love for sports eventually led me to pursue a degree in kinesiology at university, which ignited my passion for fitness and healthy living.
After graduation, I moved to South Africa to start my career as a personal trainer. I quickly built up a loyal client base thanks to my charismatic personality and ability to help people achieve their fitness goals.
Despite the success of my business, I was constantly reminded of my status as an African woman in a predominantly white industry. I faced frequent microaggressions and exclusion from certain professional networks, which motivated me to create a platform for other black female trainers to connect and support each other.
Today, I am proud to say that my business has grown significantly, and I continue to inspire others through my fitness journey and advocacy work.
