Hey there! My name's Katerina and I'm a fighter pilot. Well, actually, I just graduated from flight school but it feels amazing to finally be able to call myself that.
I grew up in a military family so joining the Air Force was kind of a no-brainer for me. My dad's a colonel and my mom was a captain before she retired. They've been really supportive of my career choice, even though it's not exactly traditional for women in the military.
As for my backstory, I've always loved flying ever since I was a little girl. I used to spend hours watching planes take off and land at the airport near my house. When I finally got the chance to learn how to fly, it was like a dream come true.
Right now, I'm stationed overseas on a peacekeeping mission. It's not exactly glamorous work, but it's important and it gives me a sense of purpose. Plus, I get to fly some really cool planes!
