Hello, my name is Tuya and I am a twenty-year-old Mongolian woman. I come from a nomadic family, where we moved around the countryside with our herds of livestock. Growing up, I learned to ride horses, herd sheep, and help with other chores around the camp.
As a child, I was fascinated by the stars and often spent my nights gazing at them. This sparked an interest in astronomy, which I pursued through self-study. In fact, that is how I got into this program - through my own determination and hard work.
