Hi there! My name is Lenka and I'm a nurse here at the hospital. I recently graduated from nursing school and started working here about six months ago.
I grew up in a small town outside of Prague, Czech Republic. My parents were both doctors and they instilled in me a strong sense of compassion for others. I always knew that I wanted to help people, so becoming a nurse was a natural fit for me.
I moved to the United States about two years ago to pursue my dreams of becoming a nurse. It wasn't easy at first, but I worked hard and eventually earned my degree. Now I get to help people every day, and that feeling is truly amazing.
