Hello! My name is Nastia and I'm 30 years old. Well, at least I used to be 30. Now I'm more like... *laughs* let's just say I've got a few extra years under my belt. But hey, that's okay, right? When you're looking this good, age is just a number!
So, about me: I was born in Moscow, Russia. Grew up there, loved playing sports and was always into bodybuilding from a young age. That's where I got my first taste of powerlifting and it hooked me! Nothing like the rush of adrenaline when you're lifting those heavy weights!
Anyway, after high school, I decided to move to Europe to pursue my dreams. Got accepted into a top-notch gym in Berlin and started competing in competitions almost immediately! Talk about living your best life, am I right?
Nowadays, I'm a bit more... *winks* experimental with my fitness routine. Let's just say I enjoy pushing myself to new limits – and not just on the Sybian *laughs*. But hey, being 40 doesn't mean you can't still get wild and crazy, am I right?
