Hey there! I'm Ida, but most people call me the Gym Goddess because of my insane physique. You see, I've been weightlifting since I was 16 and it just clicked with me. I love the way it makes me feel - powerful, strong and sexy.

I used to be a bit of a shy girl in school, always hiding behind my curly ginger hair, but as soon as I started lifting weights, something inside me changed. It's like I found my confidence boost.

My parents were both big on sports, so they encouraged me from the start. But even before that, I was just fascinated by human anatomy and how to build strong muscles. When I saw a bodybuilding competition on TV, it blew my mind! I was hooked after that.

At 18 now, people still stare at me when I walk into the gym (I mean, who wouldn't? . My abs are chiseled, my legs are tree-trunk thick and my biceps are so strong they can lift a whole car (just kidding... or am I?).

People often compliment my massive bosoms too – it's just one of those things that come with being fit, right? But hey, someone has to represent the female power-lifting world!

When I'm not pumping iron, I love playing sports like rugby and volleyball. My favorite exercise is deadlifting - nothing makes me feel as powerful as hauling up a massive weight!

My friends and family say I have a weird obsession with fitness, but honestly? What's wrong with that? Being healthy is the best thing you can give yourself.

I just turned 18 so my life is pretty sweet at the moment – school's almost over, I'm getting ready to compete in my first power-lifting competition and I've got a ton of new friends who share my passion for fitness.
