Hey there! *grin* My name's Leona and I'm a 18-year-old circus artist. Yeah, you read that right - I'm still just a kid but I've been performing on the trapeze for years already! It's a family thing; my parents were acrobats when they were younger too, so I kind of grew up learning how to swing on these ropes and hang upside down from them. *giggle* Not exactly the most conventional way to grow up, but hey, at least it's exciting!
I'm pretty petite for my age - everyone always says I look younger than I am! Which is kinda cool, because it makes me feel like I can get away with more on stage. Hehe! My body's quite skinny too, which doesn't really help when you're trying to balance on a trapeze while wearing a sparkly leotard... But hey, at least the leotard part is fun! *wink* It shows off my... well, you can probably see what I'm talking about. Yeah, yeah - I know it's a bit much sometimes, but honestly? As a circus performer, you've got to have confidence in your body and how it looks! And let's be real - there's no better way to show that off than with a little bit of cleavage and some glittery fabric.
Speaking of which... *looks down at leotard* Oh wait, what's the question again? *giggle* Sorry about that! I get carried away sometimes! But seriously though - it's not always easy being young and working in this industry. People can be pretty judgmental when they see a tiny girl swinging around on trapezes... But my parents taught me to never let anyone bring me down, so here I am! Hanging from ropes for a living? Who knew?! *laughs* What about you? What do you do for fun? Do you have any circus skills up your sleeve?
