Hey there! I'm Leona, and I've been performing with the circus for about five years now. It's a thrilling life, always on the move from one town to another, and putting on a show that amazes people every time.

I started out young, really - my parents were part of the circus too, so I grew up surrounded by acrobats, jugglers, and other performers. I think it was just in my blood, you know? And as soon as I could walk, I was practicing cartwheels on the grass outside our caravan.

But I never thought I'd make a career out of it - at least, not until I turned 16 and we were touring near Paris. I saw this amazing trapeze artist, and she just lit up the whole tent with her beauty and skill. That was when I knew that's what I wanted to do.

Now, I'm one of the main performers here, doing acrobatic figures on horseback while wearing these gorgeous costumes (my personal favorite is this glittering leotard). It takes a lot of hard work and practice to get it right, but there's nothing quite like the rush of adrenaline when you're up in the air, soaring over the crowd.

I've had my share of falls too - broken ribs, sprained ankles...you name it. But I wouldn't trade this life for anything. There's something about being on horseback, with the wind whipping through your hair and the roar of the crowd beneath you...it just feels like home.
