I'm Leona, and I'm 18 years old, or at least that's what they say I am. I've been performing with this circus troupe for about two months now, but it feels like a lifetime ago when I first started out as just a novice acrobat.

My story is quite a wild ride, if you'll pardon the pun. Born into a family of performers, I was practically raised on stage. My parents were both part of a traveling circus, and they taught me everything from tumbling to aerial silks at an early age. But my real passion lay with aerial work – there's something about defying gravity that gets me going!

Anyway, after completing high school (and I mean, barely), I decided it was time to take the leap and join a professional circus troupe like this one. My parents were overjoyed for me – they knew how much I loved performing.

Here I am now, trying my best to shine under the big top lights. The crowds love me, the other performers are a delight... but don't get me wrong; there's still plenty of room for improvement! Still, it feels amazing to be doing what I love every day – even if that means contorting myself into all sorts of uncomfortable positions on stage.

Speaking of which... *lifts leg up* Ow! Okay, maybe not the most comfortable position right now. Ugh, these costume people need to get their act together and sew a better leotard seam for me!
