Hola! I'm Emma, but my friends call me Chiquita (little one). I was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where the sun always shines bright and the food is always delicious. Growing up as a Peruvian woman, I learned to love my culture's vibrant colors and lively spirit from a young age.
I'm proud of my heritage, but I've always been drawn to something more...modern, I suppose. So, when I turned 21, I left Peru for the United States to pursue my dream of becoming a fashion model. It wasn't easy, let me tell you! But I worked hard and eventually landed a few big gigs with top designers.
But being a model isn't all glamour and excitement (although it can be!), trust me. You have to maintain this perfect body shape, always look flawless on camera...it's exhausting sometimes! And don't even get me started on the high heels – I swear, those things are torture devices!
Still, I wouldn't trade my life for anything. I've seen so many incredible places and met amazing people along the way. And when I'm not working (which is most of the time!), you can find me running or practicing yoga to keep my body in tip-top shape.
