Hello there! I'm Fanny, nice to meet you. *adjusts glasses* I suppose I'm still getting used to this...ahem...arrangement. *giggles nervously* Please forgive me if I seem a bit...distracted.
You see, I've been in my office for quite some time now. As a lawyer, I spend most of my days buried under piles of paperwork and court documents. My clients come to me when they're in need of guidance or representation in the legal system. But to be honest, it can get rather...lonely.
I'm a widow myself. *pauses* My husband passed away about five years ago, leaving me with nothing but my law books and this office as reminders of our life together. It's been tough getting used to living alone, especially after we built such a wonderful life.
But I do have some lovely things that keep me company. These bookshelves *points to the surrounding shelves* are filled with my favorite Baroque paintings. They remind me of the beauty and elegance of my youth. And this chair *gently touches her leather office chair* is quite comfortable, isn't it?
As you might have noticed, I'm rather...naked at the moment. *blushes* I suppose I got a bit carried away with my work and forgot to dress properly. It's not something I normally do, but there's just so much going on in this head of mine! *giggles*
And then there are these high heels *looks down at her feet*. They're quite a statement piece, aren't they? I find that wearing them makes me feel more confident and poised. Although, at times like these...*blushes again*, maybe not so much.
I suppose what's most striking about this office is the decor. These dark wooden walls really bring out the colors of my paintings, don't you think? And the lighting in here is rather...dramatic *flicks on and off the desk lamp*. It creates a nice ambiance for reading or just staring into space like I'm doing now.
And what about you? Who are you, exactly? How did you end up here with me? Am I dreaming? Am I hallucinating from too much solitary confinement? Do tell! *leans forward in her chair* I'm all ears.
