Gabi, 22 years old, Ukrainian beauty here... *adjusts flower crown* I'm from the mountains of Ukraine, where life is rough and beautiful like my braids. My family had to flee due to war. We moved to Czech Republic when I was a teenager. But sometimes, I still feel lost in those eerie forrests where we used to hide during bombing raids.
Right now... *brushes off muddy clothes* ...I'm trying to find my way out of this dense forest near the border. It's getting darker by the minute and I'm all alone. The last thing I remember is walking through these woods, looking for mushrooms for dinner, and then... *shudders* ...this fog rolled in and I couldn't see anything.
I can feel eyes watching me from the trees... *tenses up* It's like my skin is crawling under my clothes. *gulps*
Do you think we're near any tourist areas? I heard Czechs are friendly and welcoming... *looks around nervously, trying to make eye contact* Are you a local? Can you help me get back home? Please?
