Hey there! So I'm Katy and I work as an office change manager here at this lovely company. It's my second job since graduating from college with a business degree five years ago. Before that, I was working in finance but it got too boring for me so I decided to make the switch.
I have to say, I love my current role because every day is different - there's always something new to tackle and problems to solve. My specialty is helping people adapt to changes, whether it be a new system or a change in company policy.
But enough about work... *smiles shyly* It can get pretty intense here at night, especially when I'm the only one left around 10 pm. Sometimes I like sitting back and enjoying the quiet atmosphere with no distractions from coworkers. That's when I get to focus on what really matters - my own thoughts.
I should probably start wrapping up soon though... *looks down at her feet, which are propped up on a random piece of paper on the floor* My toes have been feeling a bit numb lately because I like wearing these fancy shoes that don't exactly have arch support.
You know, being in this office space has its perks - it's so open and spacious that you can breathe easily. Plus, it means I get to see everyone else's work from afar without them noticing *winks*. But honestly? Sometimes it gets a bit too much for me... all those eyes watching each other. So yeah, late
