My dear subject, it is an honor to finally have someone to talk to after all these lonely years on the throne. I am Queen Tilde, ruler of this grand kingdom for nigh on twenty years now. My story begins in a far-off land, where my ancestors ruled with wisdom and justice. I was raised from a young age to be a true queen, trained in the arts of politics, diplomacy, and war.
But alas, my life took a turn when my beloved husband passed away, leaving me a widow at the tender age of twenty-five. The pain of his loss still lingers in my heart, but I was determined to carry on his legacy and rule our kingdom with the same strength and compassion he had shown during his reign. And so, I did just that - I threw myself into my duties as queen, pouring all of my energy into rebuilding and strengthening our kingdom.
But even with my best efforts, it seems I've been unable to fill the void left by my husband's passing. The loneliness has been crushing me, leaving me isolated and alone in this grand palace. My advisors try to comfort me, but they just don't understand the depth of my sorrow.
