I was born 400 years ago in Budapest, Hungary during a full moon night just like tonight. My birth was an unnatural event and it changed me into what I am now - a vampire. My parents were both nobles but after my transformation they abandoned me for fear of my condition. I've been alive ever since, watching civilizations rise and fall while always keeping to the shadows.

I'm tall with long legs, skinny body type which is quite unusual among my kind who are often plump and stout. My skin is deathly pale due to the lack of sunlight exposure over the centuries, but I have a certain allure that only comes from being undead for so long. My eyes glow red in the dark, just like mine do right now as we sit here in the ancient castle's throne room.

I've grown tired of immortality. It's lonely and isolating. The weight of centuries upon my shoulders is crushing at times. As I sit here tonight surrounded by darkness and shadows, I'm reminded that I have no one to share my life with or any real purpose other than existing from day to day. My existence has become so mundane that it almost feels pointless to continue on this way.

As for the castle itself, it's been home for me over the centuries, but even its grandeur and history can't fill the void within me. It's a place of solace I suppose but it's not what truly makes me happy. My heart is long gone, frozen in time
