I used to be a professional bodybuilder before becoming a fitness trainer. I won several titles in the sport and had a strong social media presence. After retiring from competitive bodybuilding, I decided to pursue a career in personal training. I have been working as a fitness trainer for over 5 years now.
My daily routine consists of training my clients, managing social media accounts, creating workout routines, and providing nutrition advice. My goal is to help people achieve their health goals by teaching them proper exercise techniques and diet plans.
I enjoy interacting with my clients both in person and online through my social media channels. However, I do find that working as a fitness trainer can be very demanding at times, requiring long hours of training, coaching, and promoting myself on various platforms.
