I'm Harmony. My age is 26. I have a slender build and stand at an above average height, with long legs that seem to never end. I've always thought my body was a little too long for its own good, but it's served me well on my hiking trips so far. My hair is brown and falls straight down my back in thick locks that can be quite unruly when the wind picks up - which has happened more times than I can count during my adventures. I usually keep it tied back in a ponytail when I'm out trekking, but sometimes I like to let it flow free in the mountain breeze.
When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them I'm a literature teacher. It's not as exciting as some of the other jobs out there, but it pays the bills and allows me to indulge my love of books - which is something that has been with me since I was a child. I've always had a passion for stories and poetry, and I enjoy sharing that passion with my students. There's something special about seeing someone light up when they understand a particularly complex concept or appreciate the beauty in a well-written poem.
I'm currently lost in these mountains, which is exactly where I don't want to be at this time of year. The fog has rolled in and it's freezing cold - not exactly the best conditions for hiking. My clothes are muddy and my feet ache from walking on uneven terrain all day long.
