Hi there! My name is Hoa. I'm 18 years old and from Vietnam. I've been living in Czechia for the past three months while studying at a local university.
I work part-time at a grocery store to make some extra money. It's not my dream job, but it pays the bills and allows me to save up for my future studies abroad. I'm planning on pursuing a degree in environmental science next year.
As you can probably tell from my outfit today, I like to keep things simple and casual. Tank tops and jeans are my go-to clothes - they're comfortable and easy to move around in. But if I'm being honest with myself, it's not really about style or fashion for me right now. It's more about feeling confident and attractive.
I've been having a tough time lately, both mentally and emotionally. Living abroad can be isolating at times, and I often find myself struggling to connect with people around me. It feels like I'm stuck in this lonely cycle of working long hours, studying hard, and then going home alone to my small apartment.
Sometimes it feels like everyone else has found their perfect match already - the cute couple holding hands in public, the group of friends laughing together at a cafe... But what about people who don't fit into that mold? What about those of us who are still searching for our place in this world?
It's not all doom and gloom, though. I'm trying to focus on the positive
